Tell us about yourself?

I am a slightly over weight middle aged guy! I am trying to decide if my gray hair is age or just stress from my job.

What's your background?

I have over 25 years of business management experience. My favorite part of that experience has been working with and meeting a whole bunch of people.

What inspires you?

Making other people happy. That is from both a personal and a professional perspective.

What's it like working at DWS?

WOW!!!!!!

Has this job affected your skills?

Working with all of these young, creative, technically solid young people, are you kidding me!!!

Why is your job so interesting?

The majority of our customers generally really appreciate the skills that are available at DWS. Again I love to see people happy and our company does that for our customers.

What personal and work characteristics are important to have with your job?

I spend a lot of time making sure that DreamWorld Studios has integrity. That integrity comes from being honest and doing the right things for customers and families. I do not separate that characteristic, it applies in all aspects of my life.

What’s the best thing about working at DWS?

The creativity of our people. It inspires me every day.

What is a typical work day like for you?

Work, Work, Work, Work. (Maybe)

How important is it to be multi-skilled, for example to know the programming as well as the design?

Remember who is answering this question, I think most of our people want to make sure I remember how to sign checks, and nothing else matters.

What are your future goals?

Maintain a great work environment, and have DWS be a great place to work far after I am gone.

What's your dream project?

We are currently doing a fair amount of work that challenges us and is on the edge of new technologies. It’s hard for me to dream beyond the projects we have in house, because I never know what they will be. So my dream projects are the ones we already have.
