Tell us about yourself?

I’ve been in the Information Technology for many years now. I enjoy turning clients’ ideas into computer programs and making their lives easier.

What's your background?

I’m a graduate from Minnesota State. I started out as a pc technical support to application development. Working on both side of the Information Technology world has help me to understand clients needs and requirements much easier and assist in selecting the best platform to use.

What inspires you?

The chase for immortality! Guess I won’t be living that long, but working in the Information Technology field, I’ll leave a bit of me here and there. Years from now, my great, great, great, great, great grand kids will be visiting some technology archive somewhere and they’ll see my work.

What's it like working at DWS?

I’m new to DWS and I’m happy to say I’m very impressed with the staff. Everyone is helpful and making my transition much easier! It’s hard to find a place like this.

Has this job affected your skills?

Yes, you have to be very resourceful!

Why is your job so interesting?

It’s constantly moving!

What personal and work characteristics are important to have with your job?

Fast thinking, resourceful and team work!

What's the best thing about working at DWS?

The folks!

What is a typical work day like for you?

Code, code, meeting and more code!

How important is it to be multi-skilled, for example to know the programming as well as the design?

Very important! Both programming and design needs to flow like a river. In this business, we can’t afford to have a beaver build a dam to block it.

What are your future goals?

I want to expand my skills and experiences at the same time make DWS GROW!

What's your dream project?

Like my inspiration, have a project that will live on like Google way into the future
