Web Designer/Developer - Aug. 14th, 2009

DreamWorld Studios is looking for a Web Designer/Developer that has extensive experience with web design, CSS, and XHTML. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a requirement. Talent in Flash and video production are an added plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates with a strong portfolio of work, showing artistic and technical ability.
• Creativity is an absolute must! Our development team is constantly in need of portable, unique and sustainable solutions.
• Attention to detail, rigorous testing during development, writing clean code and developing optimized sites.
• Creative problem solving, find solutions to project challenges.
• Experience with .NET, Wordpress, Expression Engine and other CMS’s a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop and program CSS websites based on Photoshop comps.
• Work within project timelines and regularly review work-in-progress.
• Work with supervisor to maintain design integrity throughout the user experience.
• Work with the Interactive Creative Director and account executives to define deliverables.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently as needed.

This opportunity offers the ability to grow as a multimedia and web developer while working with a highly motivated, close-knit development team. This will be an exciting and fun position for the right person, and an opportunity to do great work with a wide variety of clients. This is a full time position.
