We take the time to clearly understand the objectives of the assignment and set forth on a production path that keeps our clients comfortable every step of the way. Every project requires changes and revisions, and our producers go the extra mile to articulate those changes to our teams so that the final product always meets our client’s expectations.

Our projects are managed with common sense, not project management software. We are experienced, detail-oriented, resourceful and flexible professionals who know how to get the job done. Our producers are the conduit for all information between our clients and our creative team. They work with clients to kick off the project, identify, collect and label project assets, review creative work, document feedback, anticipate challenges and ultimately deliver a piece that makes everyone proud.

DreamWorld Studios’ account executives and producers take the time to clearly scope out the assignment at hand well before our designers even hear about the project. Our proposals clearly detail the objectives of the engagement, an estimate outline for the structure of the application as well as an estimated schedule, deliverables and our development fee, which is usually based on a fixed bid. All of the leg work that is done before the assignment officially begins enables us to clearly provide our clients with a well thought-out development fee that will not change over the course of the engagement.
